Hello World and Welcome to Livdawn.
Livdawn began as dream when I was 16 years old. I found myself pleasantly surprised my 16th birthday, with this gift to share my thoughts, dreams, and ideas with the world. At first, it was to be a travel blog- I would tell everyone of all the wonderful places I had lived, the things I had seen, and share the experience with those who never had the chance. That lasted a couple months. At 19 years old; once more galvanized with the promise of material in a simple devotional, I attempted to share my faith with the world. I’d proclaim my newfound sense of identity, purpose, and drive. I added more sections- I was determined to share all the beautiful things in my life. That lasted slightly longer, now at 21 years old, staring into the face of 22 years old; I’m trying again. Perhaps what I did not understand at 16 and 19 years old; was, my life did not have to be profound or informative or interesting or the answer. I am now at that stage of life where I am finally nearly an adult; I live on my own, I pay my own bills, I attend graduate school, I’m applying for jobs, I feed myself, every choice I make is more my own and less relying on others. though, I’m nearly an adult. I still let way to many aspects fall to the wayside. My faith, potential romantic relationships, regular communication; and so much more. My life is meant to reflect and serve the one holy God. That is all. It is guided, shaped, and breathed out by that singular principle. Now, at 21, nearly 22 years old; this blogs purpose is simply to share my journey on my way to who I ought to be. I will share poems, research information, and more as I grow- I hope that some of these things resonates with you, my reader. I hope that you find something valuable that you need at least for a time, I hope that there is a spark that is the final straw or first straw in a lifelong dream or a step towards a life well lived. All I can offer is my own feelings, interests, and musings to perhaps lend something of use. Thank you for reading dear reader and I hope you find what you are looking for.
See you soon World,
Sincerely, Livdawn.
